Peachtree Tennis Club respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we may collect through this website, club forms, registrations, and related online services, and how we may use and share that information.

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with the club, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, emergency contact, program or membership interests, age or age group, skill level, availability, playing preferences, team or league information, registration details, and messages. A parent or legal guardian may also provide information about a minor participant. Please do not submit medical, financial, or other sensitive information unless a club form specifically requests it.

Forms, registrations, and payments

Website form submissions may be transmitted and stored through Jotform or another service provider used by the club. Registration, tournament, scheduling, payment, or mobile-app services may be provided by other third parties. Those providers may collect information directly from you under their own privacy policies. Peachtree Tennis Club does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers when a third-party payment processor handles a transaction.

Adult Hit List and player matching

Adult Hit List submissions are reviewed privately by authorized club personnel and are not posted publicly on the website. If you consent on the form, the club may share relevant contact details, playing level, and availability with a potential playing partner to facilitate an introduction. Participation does not guarantee a match. You may ask to be removed from the list or withdraw future sharing consent by contacting the club.

Children's privacy

The website is intended for a general audience and is not designed for children under 13 to submit personal information independently. A parent or legal guardian should complete registrations, inquiries, and other forms for a child under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information without appropriate parental involvement, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Photos, videos, and recognition

The website may display club activities, teams, special events, tournament winners, and other achievements. Photos, videos, names, or results are published when the club believes it has appropriate permission or another lawful basis to do so. A parent or guardian must provide any required permission for a minor. To request review or removal of an image or identifying information, contact the club.

When you visit the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, interactions with buttons or links, and date and time of access. Information you provide directly to USTA, social networks, app stores, payment services, or other linked services is controlled by those providers.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email, or online storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
