These terms apply to your use of the Peachtree Tennis Club website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate club rules, registration terms, waivers, membership agreements, and program-specific policies may also apply to club services and participation.

Website information

We work to keep information accurate and current, but schedules, prices, instructors, teams, eligibility requirements, court availability, events, program descriptions, policies, and operating hours may change. Website content is provided for general information and does not guarantee availability, placement, acceptance, or a particular result. Please contact the club to confirm important details before registering, paying, or making travel plans.

Registrations and eligibility

Submitting an inquiry or registration request does not guarantee enrollment, a court reservation, team placement, league participation, player matching, or membership. Participation may depend on space, payment, age, playing level, evaluation, membership status, deadlines, and other club or governing-organization requirements. The club may place a participant in the program or level it reasonably determines is appropriate.

Minors

A parent or legal guardian must submit information, approve registrations, and agree to applicable policies and waivers for a minor when required. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information and following supervision, pickup, conduct, and safety requirements communicated by the club.

Fees, payments, cancellations, and refunds

Current fees and payment requirements are those confirmed by the club at the time of registration or purchase. Taxes, memberships, guest fees, equipment, tournament charges, or other costs may apply unless expressly included. Cancellations, refunds, credits, makeups, missed sessions, late registrations, and package expiration are governed by the policy displayed for the applicable service or communicated by the club. If website wording conflicts with a current registration form, written club confirmation, or signed agreement, the more specific current policy controls.

Reservations, memberships, and club access

Court reservations, memberships, lessons, leagues, classes, tournaments, special events, and other services are subject to availability and applicable club rules. The club may modify schedules, combine or cancel sessions, substitute instructors, adjust court assignments, or restrict participation when reasonably necessary for operations, safety, weather, facility conditions, insufficient enrollment, or conduct concerns.

Player matching and communications

The Adult Hit List is a club-facilitated introduction service. Peachtree Tennis Club does not guarantee a compatible match, response, availability, conduct, or playing experience. Participants are responsible for communicating respectfully, protecting personal information, and using reasonable judgment when arranging play. Contact information will be shared only as described in the consent provided through the form and the Privacy Policy.

Participation, safety, and conduct

Tennis, pickleball, fitness activities, and attendance at sporting events involve inherent risks. Website content is not medical, safety, or professional advice and does not replace instruction, appropriate supervision, or a participation waiver. Participants and visitors must follow posted rules and staff directions, use suitable equipment, behave respectfully, and determine whether they are medically able to participate. Additional waivers or releases may be required before participation.

Photos, results, and club content

The website may feature club photographs, videos, player names, team information, tournament results, and other achievements when appropriate permission or authority has been obtained. Requests to review or remove personal content may be submitted under the Privacy Policy. Except for personal, noncommercial viewing, website text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and design elements may not be copied, republished, altered, or used without permission from Peachtree Tennis Club or the applicable rights holder.

Acceptable website use

You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, impersonate another person, submit false or misleading information, interfere with website operation, misuse forms, or use club content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or use services operated by Jotform, USTA, social networks, app stores, analytics providers, registration platforms, payment processors, and other third parties. Peachtree Tennis Club does not control and is not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, availability, security, or transactions. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

Website availability and disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peachtree Tennis Club disclaims warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on website content, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update the website and these terms from time to time. The current version and revised effective date will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
